Happy Mother’s Day!

Happy Mother’s Day, Moms!! We are so lucky to have such great mothers! 🙂

I know I’m posting this a couple days late, but I’ve only just got around to putting the pictures from Mother’s day into my computer.

On Saturday, Josh and I took his mom out to celebrate Mother’s Day by going out to eat at Village Pizzaria and spending some time at a private beach in Coronado that Josh’s mom has access to since she works for the Navy. It was so quiet and not crowded at all..very relaxing! Then we walked around some shops and ate Cold Stone ice cream…yum!

As we were leaving the base, Josh’s mom noticed a huge osprey nest on top of some stadium lights! We pulled over and got some shots of the nest and its occupants.

Then on Sunday we went up to Mom and Dad’s house and celebrated Mother’s Day with Mom and Dad, Laura and Mason, George, Deanna, Makayla, and Alyssa, and Brendon and Becky. Becky had to work most of the day, but she was able to come later. It was another great relaxing day!
