Day at the lake with Grandma

On Thursday we had Brett, Laura, Mason, and Grandma over to our house. We ordered burgers for delivery from Uncle Kelly’s friend Andy’s restaurant, and then we went for ice cream and took it to the lake. It was a very hot day (104 degrees), so we didn’t stay out of the car long at the lake. We got a few pictures before it started sprinkling on us…a big thunder and lightning storm moved in on us while we were there, and continued while we were back home, too! Here’s an excellent shot of a lightning bolt that Laura amazingly captured from our yard:
