Recipe: Lemon Broccoli Chicken
This recipe comes from the back of a Campbell’s Cream of Broccoli soup can. Josh saw it the other day and thought it sounded good, and he made it for us. I loved it so much that we’ve had it twice already!
LEMON BROCCOLI CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut four thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 tsp. juice from remaining lemon.
- Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned.
- Add soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper. Top with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
