We had a happy Valentine’s Day

Josh and I celebrated Valentine’s Day here at home yesterday! It was very cozy and romantic. Since we have busy days this week, we wanted to spare my pregnant nausea-filled body from even more outings. We did go out for a bit yesterday, though, but it was just to Becky’s new hair salon which is real close to home. It was great to see her again, and to get to have her do our hair. I had her flat-iron mine and put some ringlets in the ends, and she gave Josh a gorgeous haircut. We love it!

When we got home, we were going to BBQ in the backyard, but it was so cold in the evening that we decided we’d be much more comfortable inside!! Josh did grill us each a filet mignon…it was excellent! And we had some potato salad and mixed veggies. We’d also bought some treats from a bakery near us over the weekend, so we had that for dessert. We watched the movie “Valentine’s Day” while we were eating. Cute movie!
