Recipe: Caribbean Colada Smoothie
CARIBBEAN COLADA SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup frozen mango or peach slices (We’ve used the peaches so far)
- 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
- ¾ cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp wheat germ, if desired (We didn’t have this, so we didn’t use it)
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until pureed. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
I found this recipe online and thought it sounded so good! We bought the ingredients for it, and Josh has made it a couple of times already for me…it’s so good! Thanks, Honey for making smoothies for us…you’re very good at it. One of these days I’ll have to write down the recipe for the one we’ve invented! 🙂
