She is 6 months old!
We are so thrilled that today Lillian turned 6 months old! It’s amazing to me that six months ago today at 7:19 in the morning I had just given birth to her! She has lived half a year here with us!! We are so grateful and blessed and beyond happy. 🙂
What an incredible, joyful, happy, and exciting six months it has been! We’re so eager to see the new milestones and achievements and utter adorableness Lillian will be up to in her next six months (and beyond!) as well!
Her stats:
- she’s in 6-9 month, 9 month, and 6-12 month size clothing
- size 3 diapers (pampers)
- I will edit this tomorrow with more current weight and length stats. The last we have is from weeks ago!
New things she’s up to:
- eating solids! (organic whole-grain rice baby cereal mixed with breast milk, about 1-2 tablespoons after every morning nursing since she turned 26 weeks)
- blowing raspberries! she loves doing this now!!
- she can sit unsupported! (with us hovering still of course!)
- high-pitched squeals and screams (at seeing stuffed toys, Shadow, small children, occasionally us; and when we tickle or ‘nibble’ her
- she’s more ‘talkative’ with longer sounds and consonant combinations
- more laughter occasionally
- lots of rolling and flipping over and some army crawling
