27 weeks

Yesterday Lillian turned 27 weeks! Yesterday also marked her first taste of vegetables! We tried Earth’s Best organic first peas. I think she wasn’t overwhelmingly happy with the flavor but she did try it! I hate peas myself, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this doesn’t turn out to be a favorite of hers! 😉 We tried it again this morning and also during the day today again. She smacks her mouth around it, and she’ll grab the spoon to help pull it into her mouth. So cute!

(EDITED to add: The last couple of days Lillian has started liking a pacifier again. I’d forgotten about them because she’d lost interest for quite a while, but I just thought of letting her have one again when she was having a fussy time with teething, and it seemed to do the trick!)

Yesterday we met up with some friends to do a photo shoot at a local place they told us about. We love that area for photos now and will probably be going there often in the future! It was chilly and close to sunset but Lillian did very well! Hopefully I’ll have pictures from that soon to post, but for now, here are some shots I took of Lillian before we left. 🙂
