Baby in a sunhat

I think a baby in a sunhat is simply irresistible! There’s something so timeless and classic about it. Lillian in a sunhat = irresistible and adorable times a thousand!

I took these pictures yesterday just before I put Lillian in the baby Bjorn carrier to go outside. We had to deal with a pond guy who was replacing our earlier little pond that kept breaking and being an energy drain (maybe a before and after will be a post for the future).

The new pond is what we dreamed a pond should be! We love it. 🙂 It’s so natural and blends into the landscape and it’s wonderful for all the birds that visit our yard. Also now with it being bigger hopefully raccoons won’t be able to go fishing and eat our goldfish anymore! 🙁

And here is Lillian showing off her brilliant and adorable clapping! It never fails to charm us to see this tiny little person with her own ideas and thoughts who knows how to clap her hands now. She has such a gentle and dainty way of clapping. It’s so sweet! She sometimes starts and ends with her hands clasped, and she claps with her hands crossed over each other at the center. It’s super adorable to watch!
