51 weeks

Oh Lillian, you’re too cute and sweet and smart!! Your Daddy and I are sure going to miss these weekly photo shoots with you after next Saturday! We’re so proud of the amazing little girl you’re becoming. You’ve always been so beautiful, inside and out, and we love you so much!!

Some new things:

Last night you ate your very first (non baby food) meat! We cooked up some grass-fed ground beef and shared it with you. You loved it! You picked up each piece of ground meat and put it right in your mouth like you’d been doing it all the time!!

A few days ago while you and I were out in the yard together we picked some blueberries. Later that evening your Daddy and I washed them off and cut them in half and gave them to you. Don’t let the look on your face in this little animated photo fool you…you loved them and kept asking for more! I think it was surprisingly tart to you at first. So cute!

The other day you said “GOMMA” as your Grandma held you on her lap! We were thrilled to hear that! 🙂

A few days ago we went shopping for party supplies for your FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY!! Wow! You sat in the shopping cart for the first time. Everyone commented how beautiful you are! 🙂
