A girl and her pony
These photos are almost a month old, but I’m finally getting around to blogging about it. I have so many other (and even waaaay older) photos to post at some point too. I hope I can catch up someday, ha ha! Right now Lillian is playing upstairs with Daddy after we gave her a bath, so I have a few minutes until she starts asking for me to nurse.
Here are some pictures of Lillian riding her bouncy horse that Josh and I got her for her first birthday! She loves it! She couldn’t believe her eyes when she first saw him…her eyes got so big and round and she reached and called out to him. 😉 Right after Josh put him together Lillian wanted her first ride on it! (We were – and ARE STILL – so fearful of her being on it because she’s so little and it’s so high off the ground and has metal bars supporting it that she could hit if she fell on the way down.) We hover over her at all times when she’s riding it. For now! When she’s bigger, like maybe a year and a half or two years we’ll back off!
She’s so fearless, too. She stands up on the stirrups, and leans over his neck and presses his ears (that makes him talk and sing!), and she rocks back and forth! She loves it!
