Lillian at weeks 5 and 6

I didn’t get to post a photo of Lillian last Saturday, so here is her 5 week photo and her 6 week photo. I can’t believe our little baby is 6 weeks old today! We’re so proud of her, and so happy with her. It is bittersweet to see her getting so big. It’s fun and exciting, but at the same time a little sad, because we cherish every moment with her and it is going by so fast! Where did our little squish- faced newborn go?! She’s still so tiny and little though, relatively, and we’re enjoying every minute of it.

Just a perfect precious adorable girl! Lillian’s such a bundle of pride and joy for us. I feel exactly the same way, Honey, that it’s bittersweet how quickly she’s growing. I’m so proud of her to get so alert, long, strong, and mature. Really, Rachel, you’re the one who’s 100% responsible for her growing and being so healthy and I’ll be forever proud of that.

Before we had a baby I would have said 6 weeks sounded so tiny and young still but we see what an enormous change and how big and strong she already is. It will be amazing to see what big milestones like 3, 6, and even 12 months will be like. Such a good girl and such a best mother to take these photos every week and post them.

  Yes, she is! Aw, thanks for saying that Honey. 🙂 You’re right, 6 weeks sounds so tiny, but she’s such a big girl compared to when she was a newborn!

Sweet little thing growing so fast allright:) Love these weekly pics so much! You are doing such a good job at everything and Josh too. You both are such amazing parents to Lillian. We all love to watch her grow and love her and you guys so much! Shadow too of course!!
