10 years with my honey! – Our Havenhill

It’s so amazing to reflect back on this day, May 3rd, ten years ago when Josh and I had our first date. We fell instantly in love, and I think we both knew that one day we’d be married and start a family of our own! What a wonderful dream come true that we’ve had such a beautiful journey (with some bumps along the way as all relationships do) together! Our love for each other has only increased and grown stronger and deeper with every passing minute, hour, day, month, and year that we spend with each other. I feel so incredibly blessed to have found my soul-mate, my true love. As my Mom always says, Edward and Bella have nothing on Josh and I! I love that we’ve gone from making music together to making beautiful children with each other! Thank you Josh, for ten amazing, exciting, fulfilling, accomplished, romantic, and beautiful years with you! I’m so thrilled to be your wife, and I’m so thrilled we were blessed with Lillian, the daughter of our dreams! Here’s to an eternity more of incredible, fun, and wonderful years with you and our little family! 🙂

My dearest Rachel, this was such a surprising, sweet, loving, and perfectly written post! What great memories, too, in that great collage you did of our wonderful past 10 years since our first date. What fun it is to zoom in on each one and remember where we were (and what hairstyle we had lol!) in each one. It is awesome to be celebrating our first decade of something together and so extra special to share with our dearest daughter Lillian! It is so powerful to remember the hope and excitement and seeds of our love that were just being planted 10 years ago today! I love each and every thing you said and feel the exact same way.

What a beautiful adventure it has been since we had our “love at first sight”. It is so true that our love just grows deeper and stronger with every new day. You grow more beautiful every day, inside and out! One year ago I remember we were at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants just dreaming of holding our daughter in a few weeks and getting overwhelmed flashing back to that same day in 2002! What a complete journey we have travelled together, sweetheart, and it is just the start of our special little family together! Thank you, Rachel, for being my soul mate and honoring me with these 10 years together!

It’s so true what you have said to me that people love the Twilight stories so much because of that destined pure love that they would do anything to keep. We get to live that every day, only that’s right, they have nothing on us! 🙂 I love to look back on all the joy we have experienced and our special history together! What a miracle to be celebrating it this year with our dear Lillian. As perfect as these 10 years have been since our first date I know that we still have the best times ahead of us! I love you, sweetie! 🙂
